I've been struggling trying to find a practical and effective workout plan for over a year now. I have lost a good amount of weight by changing my eating habits, but have since stagnated. I just wrapped up the five-day flat belly fitness challenge, and I have to say-I feel proud, stronger and more motivated than ever! These past five days taught me the power of consistency, core-focus and mindfulness. Even when the workouts pushed me outside of my comfort zone, I kept getting up and showing up, and that made all the difference. Also, I realized how fueling my body with the proper foods provided me more energy and a clearer mindset. The number one takeaway from this challenge was it is just the beginning. I am taking everything that I learned- staying disciplined, making better food choices, and pushing myself through and over the tough times-into my continuous fitness journey.
