I've been struggling trying to find a practical and effective workout plan for over a year now. I have lost a good amount of weight by changing my eating habits, but have since stagnated. I've downloaded more than ten apps, done trials with other influencers on social media, but something just failed to click. Either the workouts were not fun, were repetitive, or weren't effective. I was trying hard not to give up. I saw Shar's shorts on YouTube and they seemed quick and fun, and seeing Shar's results, appeared effective. Most stunningly, she was giving away so much valuable information for free! The one on one with Shar was amazing. I've had one on ones before and they were brief and basic. Shar was in depth and asked deep questions to get to the route of WHY the weight wasn't coming off in addition to HOW to get it off. Shar truly cares about her clients and wants them all to be successful. Shar helped me to understand the root of my problems and gave me assurance and confidence that I can achieve my goals. She also lets us know that perfection isn't key, and what worked for one mom may not work for another. Her guidance has helped me kick bad habits that derailed my progress, including being aware of a negative mindset that holds me back. I've shared Shar's videos with friends and coworkers, even those who have no plans on working out! Shar's workouts have me on track to getting to my goals before the end of the year, and I could not be happier!
I just wrapped up the five-day flat belly fitness challenge, and I have to say-I feel proud, stronger and more motivated than ever! These past five days taught me the power of consistency, core-focus and mindfulness. Even when the workouts pushed me outside of my comfort zone, I kept getting up and showing up, and that made all the difference. Also, I realized how fueling my body with the proper foods provided me more energy and a clearer mindset. The number one takeaway from this challenge was it is just the beginning. I am taking everything that I learned- staying disciplined, making better food choices, and pushing myself through and over the tough times-into my continuous fitness journey. My goal is not just to have a flat belly, but a stronger abd healthier version of myself.

I decided to work with Shar because I really wanted something I could stick to and find consistent with. I wanted to be supported and yet held accountable. Her workouts are challenging enough that I get a sweat but not too much that would make me quit. So far I'm at day 7 streak in consistency getting my workout in daily, I'm learning to be consistent and to show up for my family by showing up for myself and I look forward to what is to come and hopefully lose the weight once and for all time. I've also really loved being in her community of women helping and uplifting each other for better and Shar, thank you for including me.
