Hi, I'm Shar. There was a time I avoided mirrors, photos, and even thinking about my body. Honestly, it was one of the darkest times in my life because nothing worked long-term.

I tried everything from restrictive diets to endless cardio, only to keep starting over. Then I stopped chasing extremes and built my Focus20 home workout system. Simple structure, intentional nutrition, and a doable system.
